市が発行した保険証や証明書等において、有効期限等を本年５月１日以後の日を「平成」の元号により表示しているものについては、改元によっても、その法律上の効果が変わることはありませんので、「平成」の元号によって特定された日を新元号による応当日に読み替えて適用くださるよう、御理解と御協力をお願い申し上げます。
